The Job:

Looking for a role which will be incredibly varied with a focus on business development, relationship building and account management and have a passion for education and technology? This could be for you. A fantastic opportunity working within a growing and successful business, based in Clifton, Bristol.

This role involves working alongside the Sales and Marketing Director to develop the department and to grow the business. The aim is to maximise sales, develop effective marketing as well as supporting Customer Services in support and training and liaising with the Dev Team to develop the products.

Responsibilities will include:

* Fully supporting the Director in business development & sales from generating leads/opportunities to producing tender documents
* Liaising with and supporting the Customer Services team to ensure seamless communication and optimum service to clients
* Producing and undertaking presentations
* Management of projects to ensure on time delivery and accuracy

The Person:

Our client is looking for someone who has exceptional communication, time management, organisational, sales, client services and problem-solving skills. It's essential that you have a passion for learning and education combined with a true desire to deliver exceptional service. It's important that you thrive in having a varied work load where every day can see a new challenge or task and you are able to adapt your workload to ensure clients' needs and requirements are met. You will have a background in business development and client care and have a real desire to provide a first-class service to clients. It's truly important you are self-motivated and able to build professional business relationships with senior heads of departments.

The nature of the product is technical and whilst you don't need technical experience, it's essential you are able to learn about it and have a passion for learning and a focus on developing professional working relationships. Working with clients in the education sector, your thirst for knowledge and learning is essential.
