The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client for a Boardrooms Receptionist. For this role our client is seeking someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and customer care experience.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

* Reception: Welcome all visitors to the office, upon their arrival and managing their introduction/handover
* Switchboard duties include answering and forwarding phone calls, transferring phone calls to the right department / member of staff, taking messages
* Concierge Services: booking taxis
* Provide administrative and general support to the wider office and Supervisor as required (including assistance and support with the training and development of new members of staff)
* Ensure all reading material on display is up to date
* Boardrooms: Manage room bookings and daily operation of the boardrooms, including regular room and equipment checks, setting up and testing AV and much more

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone with a first class customer care skills and experience

* Professional, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, team player
* Previous experience of working in a similar corporate environment preferable but not essential
* Presentable with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
* Clear, confident communication skills and customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
* Maintain and practise a high degree of confidentiality and integrity at all times
* Computer literate

The Hours:

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday each week 8am to 6pm on rotational basis.
