On behalf of our client we are delighted to be assisting them with their requirement for a permanent Contract Co-ordinator. Due to location this role will require your own transport. This role is to assist the Contracts Executive to support the development and maintenance of robust administration systems and processes to capture and collate all relevant data relating to the Export for Growth programme, to facilitate production of regular reports for internal and external customers, the regular drawdown of funding and to ensure successful audits.

Responsibilities will include:

* Respond to customer requests for information and assistance to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
* Assist Contracts Executive to maintain scrupulously accurate, thorough and complete records for every aspect of the delivery of the Export for Growth programme.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of a fully indexed central document file containing all relevant documentation pertaining to the programme and full and accurate records of funding claims made, together with evidence of activity in support.
* Assist the Contracts Executive to prepare and submit regular claims for funding to the funding organisation, collecting and collating all the necessary evidence to support each claim to ensure that claims are met in full and that no clawback of funding occurs.
* Carry out other reasonable duties as allocated by the Contracts Manager.

For this role our client is looking for:

* Demonstrate an ability to use IT proficiently, using Microsoft packages, the internet and management information systems.
* Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines with first class attention to detail.
* Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills both within and outside the Company.
* Be able to demonstrate a track record of providing effective administrative support in a team environment.
* Be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused business environment.
