Our client is the UK's leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 900 people based in 50 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Part Time Receptionist, within this role you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and assisting the post rooms with administration as and when needed. Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 1pm and 1pm - 7pm.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:

- Greeting visitors and directing them around the building

- Arranging and allocating parking

- Organising contractors on site

- Recording information for management reports

The Person:

For this role our client is flexible towards the experience the perfect candidate has gained but it's essential you are very professional with superb communication and customer care skills.

- Have the ability to plan ahead and anticipate issues before they become a problem

- Be flexible and enthusiastic

- Have a strong customer focus

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking

The Hours:

Working hours will be Monday - Friday either 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm.

The Salary:

£13,500 (for 30 hours)
