Our client is the UK's leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 900 people based in 50 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Receptionist, within this role you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and assisting the post rooms with administration as and when needed.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:

- Greeting visitors and directing them around the building

- Arranging and allocating parking

- Organising contractors on site

- Recording information for management reports

The Person:

For this role our client is flexible towards the experience the perfect candidate has gained but it's essential you are very professional with superb communication and customer care skills.

- Be flexible and enthusiastic

- Have a strong customer focus

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking

The Hours:

Standard working hours will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Shifts will be either 8am - 4pm or 10am- 6pm.

The Salary:

£17,000
