Their experience includes working with clients across central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations, housing associations and private sector companies.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Business Support Team Leader to support their business support services department. For this role our client requires someone to maintain the highest level of customer service. The role will involve maintaining a productive workflow, while implementing a professional and friendly environment.

The team leader will be tasked with advancing the level of customer service by demonstrating a

positive and professional approach to all areas of the role.

Your responsibility will also including coaching and assisting the development of the staff and motivate and advice and support your team.

Responsibilities for this role will also include:

* Assisting the Business Support Services Manager with the compilation of monthly reporting, and to actively participate in the account management programme
* Oversee the day to day running of the Business Support Services Hub in line with the agreed service levels
* Encourage a customer service environment and ensure that all processes reflect this and all staff are appropriately trained
* Assist the manager in implementing the performance review process
* Assist the manager in the recruitment and induction of team members
* Participate in training of new staff and with the continued development of current staff
* Monitor and ensue staff compliance with established procedures i.e. operational process, quality control procedures, conduct, attire, performance and attendance
* Ensure equipment is properly maintained and utilised

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone with:

* Customer focused, with experience in staff management in a customer service / support environment
* Self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example
* Well presented with a professional manner
* Computer literate
* Quick learner
* Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
