This is a Fixed Term 9 - 12 month Maternity Cover Contract, salary circa £20,500 per annum (pro rata) and the hours are 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch.

Job Role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our client in Central Bristol. This is an exciting role which would suit a candidate who enjoys working as part of a team but also enjoys the variety that a multi-site role can offer.
To assist the Learning & Development Specialist in the development and delivery of a first class Learning and Development proposition, by ensuring all responsibilities are carried out to an excellent standard, and contributing to achieving the team and the Firm's overall operational and strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities will be: to book any ad hoc training required by the firm, to manage the booking and coordination of webinars, work closely and manage relationships with external suppliers, work closely with the HR team to ascertain learning needs of certain groups, manage projects as allocated by the L&D Specialist or HR Director, assist the HR administrator as and when required with Onboarding and Induction for all new starters, manage the Trainee L&D administrative cycle throughout their 2 year training contract, such as: maintaining trainee number tracker, manage seat rotations, manage mid and end of seat review process, arrange booking of professional skills course, support on time to count applications and coordination, coordinate SRA admission process forms, support the Recruitment Specialist with the graduate assessment centre - both with planning and on the day, work across the HR
operational team, in response to peaks and troughs of business activity, support the HR administrator with the scheduling of performance reviews, recording when completed, capturing and actioning learning needs, PAL development programme: arranging and managing modular courses, coordinating evaluation, managing 360 feedback

Key Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have strong admin skills, extremely organised and IT savvy, professional, great customer service skills. You will ideally would have worked previously in a HR function or within a similar role - and ideally have either worked in Education, or a Law firm.
