We are looking for a Property Manager for an independent Letting Agency to join their team in Clifton, the offices will be moving to the heart of Clifton Village in the next few weeks.

In the role you will be working Full Time Hours Monday - Friday + the occasional Saturday 10 am - 2 pm with a half day off in lieu & receive a salary of £25,000 + bonus

The offices are in a brilliant location; on major bus routes, close to local amenities.

As the Property Manager you will be taking charge of around 150 managed properties & your main duties will include: day to day running of the properties, inventories, check ins & check outs, property inspections, referencing tenants, ensuring all certificates are in place & in date, contacting landlords & tenants re tenancy renewals, dealing with any queries, organising any maintenance issues, arranging contractors to undertake work at the managed properties amongst others!

Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal, as you will need to be able to hit the ground running in this busy & varied role!
