The Job

Ranging from Furniture, Electrical, Mobile and Gadget Warranties the Claims Handling team manage the customers journey from start to end. You will handle claims efficiently and where applicable arrange settlement for valid claims. Youll be involved in making decisions on the extent and validity of a claim, and checking for any potential fraudulent activity.

You will coordinate services that may be required following a claim being made. This can include organising approved tradespeople to make repairs, ordering replacement parts/ items from suppliers, or settling claims via replacements or cash.

You will work on your own caseload, but will be part of a sociable and fun team.

Your Experience/ Skills

If you have experience working within an insurance/ financial services company/ industry, experience of managing a personal workload of claims, used to working with T&Cs and most importantly excellent communication and customer service skills then this is a great role for you!

Annual salary starts at £17,500 rising to £18,750 after successfully completing a 6 month training programme. You will work Monday - Friday 9-5:30 so you can enjoy your weekends and bank holidays!
