Job Role
You will be providing a Legal Secretarial service to the Commercial Property team and to the Commercial Property Fee Earners in the stunning offices in Central Bristol. To provide a full legal secretarial service to include audio and copy typing services, diary management, producing letters and documents utilising Case Management and IT systems as appropriate, ensuring the highest levels of speed, accuracy, presentation & confidentiality.

This role is Full Time, Monday - Friday & a competitive salary is on offer

This will be a busy & varied role, your duties will also include; document management, matter progression, file management, being the first line of contact, organising & planning, general admin, accounts, billing, provide secretarial support to other fee earners/ teams when required, marketing support, diary management & support in client/ internal relationships.

Key Skills & Qualifications
As the Legal Secretary it is vital you have had previous experience within Commercial Property.
It is essential that the successful candidate can differentiate between when to take independent action and when to seek input from the line manager, displaying sound judgement and strong organisational skills. Contributing and share ideas in consultation with the team and Fee Earners; resourceful and confident; organised, positive attitude, supportive and collaborative.

GCSE Pass grades (or equivalent) & an excellent user in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
