The Company:

Our client is a global multi-disciplinary consultancy which provides specialist commercial management, planning, and dispute resolution support services. They maintain their standards in supporting their clients from project inception and through to refurbishment, repurposing, and decommissioning.

The Role:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a full time and permanent Marketing Executive. They are searching for an intuitive, dynamic and focussed individual, with at least 2 years' marketing experience, ideally in a commercial environment, to support the Marketing Manager. It's a diverse role which covers creating business cards, copy writing and editing articles, event management support, and global social media content generation.

Main duties/Key responsibilities

- Copy writing and editing internal and external marketing literature and publications;

- Supporting marketing events, and seminars;

- Maintenance of the global CRM system;

- Maintenance of the Group's social media platforms and content generation.

- Ambassador for the company brand nationally and internationally;

- Liaising with key internal stakeholders, external suppliers and agencies;

- Some administrative tasks including: dealing with invoices, creating business cards and booking travel arrangements;

- Management of multiple marketing mailboxes;

- Updating branded collateral;

- Re-branding presentations and documents in line with brand guidelines.

- Management and organisation and of the Training Partnership seminars and training days both with Chartered ICES and internally; including taking payments.

The Person:

Essential Requirements:

- 2 years' marketing experience.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign. Dreamweaver is desirable.

- Minimum intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Office.

- Database / CRM systems experience. Experience of database management/maintenance desirable.

- Copy writing / editing experience.

- Marketing qualification or related subject matter is strongly desirable.

- Access to own transport due to location

You may also be required to occasionally work from other offices or locations.

As this is a small team it's essential you are a flexible, a great people person and a self starter.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (40 hours per week)
