The Job:

Deliver a 'world class' customer experience

Develop leads and customer base to deliver revenue expectations with your line manager;

Research and develop leads/ enquiries keeping in contact with existing customers developing the relationship

Proactively develop and implement telemarketing campaigns in line with business development strategy.

To understand and satisfy customers' requirements and exceed their expectations if possible

Transition leads to the relevant departments to ensure attainment of jobs

Research and develop leads/ enquiries keeping in contact with existing customers developing the relationship

Key Responsibilities

Drive and develop lead and enquiry levels to achieve desired revenue budgets with your line manager

Report to the business / your line manager Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) when required (ie each week and / or month).

Research and develop leads/ enquiries keeping in contact with existing customers developing the relationship- via telephone, internet research

Work with customers to ensure clear understanding of expectations and how we can exceed them to retain client in future

Communicate and work closely with other departments, particularly Technical sales, to ensure successful identification of opportunity and follow-up visit to gain entry to quotation stage.

Proactivly develop and implement telemarketing campaigns in line with business development strategy- create and research a database and contact customers to help generate a pipeline

Ensure all systems used for lead generation and enquiries are fit for purpose

Research and develop leads/ enquiries keeping in contact with existing customers developing the relationship- help ensure that all customers, where possible, remain customers for life with repeat business

Be part of a team; contribute positively and proactively; request training where you think you need it and feedback from your line manager. Help your team deliver to a high standard.

The Benefits: 25 days holiday, car parking, pension & great working environment

The Location: South Bristol, with car parking

The Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 + Commission / Bonus
