Customer Care Advisor
Central Bristol
£7.50 p/h, increasing to £8.01 once qualified
Monday - Friday between 08.30 - 20.00 and Saturdays 9 - 5.30pm
Temporary Ongoing Work
To start 24th July 2017

Your main purpose for this role is to provide Customer Service support to customers such as bill payments, accounts queries and amendments.

All Advisors will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service and must be able to carry out all of the following duties when fully trained:

- Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure that calls are handled in adherence to campaign remit
- Successfully maintain call control
- Respond to queries on email and via the telephone
- Complete Ad hoc data entry/administration tasks as and when required

You will ideally have call centre/ Administration experience but equally if you have strong phone based experience this would also be good.
