We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to provide process architecture and design assurance on a large scale SAP implementation programme for this large water utilities company based in the Thames Valley region. You will achieve this by working as part of a team to verify the solution is meeting the needs of our customers and the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in the implementation of a new retail billing system (SAP-ISU/Cloud for Customer) as the programme moves into the next phase of design and build.

Day-to-day this will involve;

- Reviewing design and technical documents to ensure requirements have been met and pain points are being addressed. Identifying gaps from a customer and process perspective and working with the design team to resolve.
- Reviewing processes in ARIS to ensure they meet the required standards. Identifying improvement opportunities in this area and providing feedback to the Business Analysts.
- Improving how we use ARIS by maximising its capabilities to support the business once the solution is implemented. (Process hierarchy, KPI, data, process improvement, customer journey)
- Utilising the functional process maps captured as part of design and engaging with the business to capture the non-functional steps to enable you to map a suite of business processes in ARIS.
- Developing the end to end customer scenarios to ensure the solution hangs together; this will also support the delivery of the conference room pilots and non-production pilots.
- Build confidence across the Programme that the end solution aligns to the business processes and customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience;

- You are experienced in using process modelling tools and have the knowledge to maximise the functionality, preferably ARIS.
- You have experience in mapping processes, reviewing documentation to identify gaps, engaging with stakeholders and preparing and facilitate workshops.
- You are known as a strong planner and have excellent communication and influencing skills. You are self-motivated, adaptable, resilient and able to work to strict deadlines in a high pressure project environment
- You are competent at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project with accuracy and attention to detail
- Your previous experience includes working in any of the following industries Utilities, telecoms, public sector in a retail call centre environment
