The Job:

This role is a fantastic opportunity working within a small but dynamic and successful business, based in Clifton, Bristol. If you are looking for a role which will be incredibly varied, and you want to learn new skills and be able to use your organisation, communication and problem solving skills every day - this is for you. Your role will be to support their clients with all levels of customer service, mainly office based but face to face too. Responsibilities will range from daily communication with clients, delivering training sessions, onsite support of client exams and liaison between the development team and the client to troubleshoot user or system errors. The most important part of you role will be managing the communications between the clients and the developers to ensure that client needs are met on time and to their specifications whilst ensuring the best development of the software. It's essential you love learning - as technology develops, so will your knowledge and understanding of what the client requirements are and the capabilities of the technology.

Responsibilities will include:

- Keeping customers updated on the progress of new features and improvements

- Training customers on new features

- Onsite support for exams

- Social media

The Person:

It's essential that you have a passion for learning and education and first class communication skills with a true desire to provide your clients with an exceptional service, each and every day. In addition to this it's imperative that you have exceptional attention to detail. Another essential requirement is that you are confident and professional and capable of presenting to a lot of senior people. In addition, it's important that you are confident with technology (you don't need to be a developer but an interest and enthusiasm to learn about it ongoing is crucial). If you have an abundance of enthusiasm, superb communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, this could be for you.
