Personal Assistant/ Administrator

Our client in Central Bristol is looking for a PA to support the CEO and Directors in a fast growing dynamic creative company.

Main Duties:
- Managing receptionist to ensure smooth front of house operations
- Assisting reception and covering where necessary
- Managing a busy CEO diary including UK and international travel & accommodation
- Preparing presentation materials/ Accessories for meeting on/ off site
- Typing, collation of presentation and client documents
- Assisting department heads with recruitment, interviews and contract documents
- Secretarial assistance to Director level
- Booking of venues for client meetings, company away days and Christmas events
- Liaising with office managing agents

Key Skills:
- Confidence and solid communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing, document management and message taking
- Experience in producing documents and creating PowerPoint or Keynote presentations
- Previous PA experience is essential
- Experience of CRM is desirable
