The opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our fast paced Operations and IT team.

Working throughout the full project lifecycle, you will draw on a broad range of business analysis techniques to deliver change across all parts of the organisation.

Main Accountabilities:
As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

To lead the requirements elicitation on projects, and perform business analysis to determine the best solution to meet the business needs. To plan the analysis approach and deliverables, engaging with colleagues across the lifecycle to gain buy in and build support. To select the appropriate techniques to analyse business and system information, processes and data structures. To engage stakeholders from across the organisation to understand capabilities and constraints whilst supporting the programme principle of "adopt not adapt". To manage stakeholders to ensure the overall goals of the programme are met. To document, gain the appropriate approval ofand manage subsequent changes to the requirements documents and other formal deliverables. Build strong working relationships with our implementation partners to ensure a collaborative, delivery-focused approach. To work closely with external partners to evaluate any proposed solution, ensuring alignment to the projects key success criteria and organisations strategy. To help ensure appropriate test conditions are well defined and documented. To ensure successful transition for the organisation and end users from current to future state. To build trusted and effective working relationships with operational and technical teams. To act as an advocate for the Operations and IT team. To contribute to our highly engaged Business Analysis Community of Practice.
Your skills and experience:
As a Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Demonstrable Business Analysis experience including knowledge of business analysis tools, methodologies and industry best practice. High level of communication, influencing and negotiation skills, coupled with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Strong delivery focus with an ability to help others get on board quickly with changing priorities. Understanding and experience of working within all phases of project delivery life cycle. Broad commercial awareness with sound business acumen. Formal business analysis certification is preferred but not essential.
