Regional Business Development Manager-National coffee provider!

£28,000-£32,000 OTE £40,000 plus package

One of the largest independent coffee & equipment suppliers is looking for a business development manager to lead their most lucrative contracts.

I am looking for a dynamic, experienced and well-rounded sales professional to lead achieve the agreed sales targets, profit and business goals by managing customer accounts selling the most relevant range of products and services that meet customers' needs.

You will be experienced in selling and promoting new business whilst developing current contracts.

Experience in coffee and coffee equipment is not essential but would be advantageous.

You will be able to communicate on all levels selling in and manage clients of all levels.

This role needs someone from a strong foodservice sales background that relishes in change and is extremely adaptable.

You must have:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in foodservice accounts
* Commercially astute with previous ownership of P&L
* Excellent client relationships skills
* Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels, both internal and external
* Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
* Proven track record in delivery of sales, profit and margin and all relevant commercial KPI's
* Experience in multi-brand environment preferred
* Flexible and adaptable approach with excellent team working skills
* Ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with good prioritisation skills
* Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
