As a Bid Manager you will write creative and innovative bids and tenders, the majority of which will be aimed at the apprenticeship market, to a range of organisations that operate within our clients core sectors, Care, Retail, Hospitality, Fitness, Finance and Business.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of writing winning bids as well as a high attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing ability. When you are not writing bids you will play a key role in meeting our clients growth plans and will contribute to the Business Development Teams goal of securing new business contracts, this is through providing full administration support. An energetic and positive approach is an absolute must in this outgoing, successful team.
