Part time Reception/PA
Central Bristol
Pay rate £9.04ph
Hours - Weds/Thurs/Fri 8.45 - 5.30pm

Duties will include:
Screening phone calls and handling them when appropriate
Maintaining spreadsheets and filing
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Arranging Travel
Meeting and greeting visitors
Dealing with incoming emails and post

The role may also involve:
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Devising spreadsheets and reporting data
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Preparing information for meetings

Candidates will need previous Reception/ PA experience and ideally have worked in the creative sector before.

This role is to start 22nd June for a handover day.
