Looking for a new opportunity with a global company based in Bristol? Do you enjoy dealing with customers?

What's involved in the role?

This role will consist of taking 50% Inbound Calls & 50% Administration, this will be an extremely varied role!

Daily customer interactions are the key function of this role. Reporting to a Team Leader, each Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to the day-to-day customer service activities and committed to delivering a high quality service with the aim of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and receive a salary of £15,600 + excellent benefits: 25 days holiday, an excellent pension scheme, the opportunity to own a slice of the company through the employee share plan, subsidised gym & restaurant on site!
