Our client based in Central Bristol is looking to recruit several Project Coordinators.
Lovely office, very close to Temple Meads Station and connecting bus routes.

Hours of work Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30pm

Salary £19,000 increasing to £19,500 after a successful 6 month probation This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company. We offer a competitive package including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and child care vouchers.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of all incoming calls, identifying full extent of customers query and responding to them in a quick and efficient manner, you will be looking after each project from start to finish.

Other duties will include keeping customers fully informed of progress, co-ordinating projects ensuring smooth completion of same, maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases and updating the in-house system.

Main Duties:
Supporting Sales and Technical Delivery teams with project delivery;
Providing advice, solutions and support to clients;
Raising and resolving queries;
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Contract Managers, Technical Managers and sub-contractors;
Updating web based and internal project monitoring systems;
Updating all project managers when required
Liaising with project managers and contractors on a daily basis whilst keeping track of milestone stages
Ensuring all required documentation is completed as and when required
Tracking team hours spent on the project against the budget
Ensuring all email correspondence and actions are dealt with in a timely manner

What we're looking for:
Knowledge and experience within the communications industry would be desirable, though not essential.
Excellent coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Understanding of effective customer care process and wider impact on business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong compelling relationships.
Proven ability to work to deadlines.
MS Package knowledge
Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal skills
