Your new company is a specialist in the delivery of infrastructure services across the UK. The company is looking to hire a Site Manager to join them on a temporary basis, ensuring the successful delivery of a flagship scheme. This is a night shift position, with a 4-day on, 4-days-off shift pattern.

Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a major civil engineering project. You'll manage on-site operations, coordinate resources, and maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout.

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, reporting to senior management.
• Solve challenges and provide technical support when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience as Site Manager on Highways / Civil Schemes is essential.
  
• Main Contractor working history.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction-related software i.e. Sharepoint.
• Gold / Black CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid certificates.
