Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

• Complete a variety of placements across the other commercial banking streams which allows you to build a balance of depth and breadth of skills and experiences.
• Study towards a professional qualification, with the opportunity to tailor your experience in your second year by choosing what you want to study.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Customer Products & Propositions graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree.
• A passion for innovation.
• Good communication skills.
• A strong customer focus.
• To be curious, and willing to approach things from a fresh perspective.
