Job Requirements/Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to cover Bristol and surrounding areas. You will specialise in day to day repairs and maintenance.We want to hear from likeminded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Multi Trade Carpenter role:

  • Undertaking Repair care, Roofline Works, Sash Windows, carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
  • General Carpentry Repair.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.

What you will bring as a Multi Carpenter:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or Equivalent - able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
  • Experienced in using Repair care products essential.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual output targets
  • Own Tools Required
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence
