A good education can transform the lives of children and support them to go on to achieve incredible outcomes. We recognise that as a City with some of the most incredible community assets in the country we can achieve great things for our children if we work together with our schools and academy trusts.
That is why we are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious Lead for School Partnerships and Improvement. You will have the energy and drive to lead on the design, implementation and quality assurance of Bristol’s School Improvement offer, ensuring schools deliver excellent provision across primary and secondary schools in Bristol.
As a management role, your time will be varied across data analysis, governor development and school improvement activities. You will bring excellent communications skills, experience of leading school improvement alongside school leaders, and be able to build relationships effectively and provide strengths-based professional challenge and support to school leaders.
This is a unique and exciting role in the brilliant City of Bristol, a city that is young, dynamic, diverse and full of ambition for its children.
