An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Management Systems Support Officer to join our team. You will be based in the Pharmacy Quality Assurance/Quality Control department in Bristol.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Provisional interview date will be 23/07/2024.
Main duties of the job
- To work effectively as a Pharmacy Quality Assurance team member to support the implementation of the electronic Quality Management System across Pharmacy Technical Services and Pharmacy Stores departments. This system is to provide evidence of continued regulatory compliance.
- To develop own personal skills and knowledge in order to contribute to the effective implementation of the system and to support in the training and development of other staff.

Qualifications and Training
Essential criteria
- NVQ4 in relevant subject or 2 A levels including one science subject plus demonstrable experience of working with data in an office/lab environment.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a team.
- IT experience with spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience of Good Documentation Practice.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of administrative tasks such as minute taking and organising meetings.
- Experience working with electronic Quality Management Systems.
- Experience of document control and working with Document Management Systems.
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
Skills and Abilities
