Lettings Coordinator

We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis. 

We can be flexible with the location of this role with offices in Basingstoke, Bristol, Christchurch, Newbury or Poole. 

You'll have a mix of home and office working with occasional travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and team meetings. 

The starting salary is circa £24,000.

The Role

Our Coordinators play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need.

You will support one of our lettings teams with their administrative tasks which will include advertising our new lettings opportunities, issuing and following up paperwork, data input and tenancy set up.

This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigating our in house systems and working to deadlines.

We are looking for:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload 
• Experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel

A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
