We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and enthusiastic Commercial Receptionist/Business Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential customer service, administrative, and financial support for our Activities & Holiday Club and Leisure Services. Based at our busy Sports Centre, you'll handle front-of-house duties, manage email inboxes, bookings, financial tasks, and switchboard operations.
Your attention to detail and administrative skills will ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, varied role where clear, calm communication is key. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the College are vital for success.
