Your Role:As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role on site initially with 2 of our clients, organise worker schedules, coordinate intakes, conducting inductions, and sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. Working closely with our Account Manager, you'll help identify, attract and qualify candidates, while providing an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: - Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Sourcing and screening CVs using job boards and LinkedIn
- Conducting telephone interviews and qualifying candidates
- Managing candidate records and databases (ATS usage)
- Liaising with your Account Manager and clients to understand role requirements
- Coordinating interviews and gathering feedback
- Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance checks
- Scheduling shifts on behalf of the client
- Providing onsite management presence for active workers and clients.
What We're Looking For: - Previous experience in a Aviation Recruitment or Administrative role (agency or in-house) is preferred but not essential
