Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an Estates Administrator to join our department in the Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest developing their administration experience and join a well-established team.
Main duties of the job
Your day to day duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Issuing badges, keys and swipe cards where requested-receiving & returning of deposits.
- Being a first point of contact for stakeholders across the sites in regards to helpdesk issues.
- To maintain and take charge of the Contractor car parking: allocating the bays, collecting payment and receipting them.
- Provide typing, data entry, telephone support to Estates team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate to key stakeholders.
- Have previous experience in an administrative environment (desirable).
- Have the ability to work on their own, self-managing workloads and tasks.
- Have a flexible working approach.
