Prego in Bristol is looking for a creative, reliable and dedicated junior/sous chef to join our vibrant kitchen team in preparing delicious meals for our guests. Duties would be preparing food to a high standard, cleaning, food safety and aiding the head chef in his duties. We specialise in homemade pasta, sourdough pizza and gelato, working with the seasons and local suppliers.

You will be required to work circa 45 hours a week over four days. Holidays, tips and staff food are included.
