Your new role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and all other ER matters. From initial advice to final outcome, you'll lead each case with confidence and professionalism-ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
What you'll need to succeed
This 3-month interim assignment requires someone with a strong HR background in ER and case work who will hit the ground running, manage a busy caseload independently, and make an immediate impact. Your key attributes will be:
