Self Employed Sports Coaches

We are seeking self-employed, part-time sports coaches to work with primary school children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and working with children, and will have a relevant coaching qualification or equivalent experience.

Types of Sessions:

• After School Clubs (Primary Schools).
• Lunchtime Clubs (Primary Schools).
• PE Lessons (Primary Schools & Some Secondary School Opportunities).
• Nursery Classes.
• Football Development Centres.
• 1:1 Football Coaching.
• Birthday Parties.
• Holiday Camps.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children in a range of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, netball, athletics and cricket.
• Manage behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow the uSports philosophy in all your sessions to provide children a positive experience with sport.

Rate of Pay Breakdown

Self-employed coaches are paid at a fixed rate per session. Most sessions for self-employed coaches will be one hour in duration and will be paid at £21. This factors in your time getting to the session and setting up.

Please note, £21 is not an hourly rate. Depending on the type of session and the length of session the rate of pay for this session will be shared with you.
