Warehouse Operative

Salary Range: Hourly rate £11.92 plus 33 days holiday, Life Assurance and other great Company benefits.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will prompt an accurate service with regards to the loading/unloading and putting away the stock of parts. You'll provide the swift and effective fulfilment of all orders, meeting all KPIs and maintain electronic and paper records and ensure they are up to date at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Parts Department be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• Are you a team player?
• Can you drive the standard in customer care?
• Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment?
• Do you have experience using handheld scanners?
• Are you a fast learner when it comes to technology and computers?
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Some heavy lifting will be required.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
