More about your role

As a Bricklayer you will be expected to carry out maintenance work on our extensive property portfolio. You will carry out domestic bricklaying on a responsive basis for current tenants and work on recently void properties completing repairs and renovations to get our properties ready to re-let.

Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be working in surrounding areas.

The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday. We often have overtime opportunities as well as many other benefits for staff who want to learn or do more.

More about you

• You will have experience in working in domestic properties. It would be ideal if you have some experience in roofing or any relevant skills.
• A driving licence is essential.
• Experience in groundworks, fencing and minor roof works as well as being required to take part in an out of hours rota.
• You will have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in bricklaying.
• As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
