Logistics Support Technician

Salary: (Based on 40 Hour contracts): £25,792

Salary: (Based on 42 hours), 4 on 4 off rota: £27,081.60

Our Logistics team play a vital role in ensuring that our non Emergency and Frontline crews are ready and able to respond to all situations by preparing our fleet and equipment to a high standard.

The role involves some driving (to our remote sites) and the specialised prep and cleaning of our Ambulances to a high standard. You will also be required to stock take, audit and rotate equipment ensuring all is to standard before use.

At Bristol Ambulance we also provide medical cover to a range of events such as festivals, football and marathons (and many more!) and as part of the Logistics team you will provide key support in the smooth running of events and ensuring they don’t impact our other areas of the business.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication as you will be in regular contact with all crews, control staff and senior management.

You must hold a full manual driving licence for a minimum of 1 year with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
