With your exceptional leadership and organizational skills, you'll ensure that our office managers have everything they need to succeed, all while juggling multiple tasks with grace and efficiency.
In this enchanting role, you'll be the glue that holds our Workplace Experience team together, liaising with peers across EMEA and globally to create a harmonious and productive work environment. Your ability to implement and maintain office policies and KPIs will be key to our success, and your knack for problem-solving will keep us on track even when the wind changes direction.

Your Day To Day In This Role Includes
- Keep the office managers across EMEA happy and supported with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and training.
- Conduct air traffic control of all EMEA offices - make sure team members, visitors, and partners alike have a world class experience attending events, hosting meetings, and collaborating with team members.
- Set and enforce office policies to keep things consistent and compliant.
- Handle the office budget like a pro, keeping an eye on expenses and planning for future needs.
- Work with peers in Workplace Experience across EMEA and globally to share cool ideas. Be a strong local leader who inspires and motivates the team.
- Champion office KPIs to ensure efficient and optimum use of our spaces.
