Bristol Marriott Royal and Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Property Sales Executive to join the Sales & Events team, working across two of the largest and most prestigious hotels in Bristol!
Based at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre, we are located in the heart of Bristol near Cabot Circus, and the destination of choice for business travellers and tourists alike.

Main Duties of the role include –
- Ability to cross sell across multiple hotels.
- Convert business through proposal, negotiation and contractual agreement to ensure all revenue potential and targets are achieved
- Liaise closely with clients to establish needs and expectations and maintain records to develop sales opportunities
- Responds to telephone enquires/electronic requests for allocated business in the defined timeline.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Ensure follow up takes place with clients and opportunities are sought for repeat bookings
- Focus on the customer and find ways to meet and exceed their expectations
What do you need to apply?
- Previous experience within a sales office or similar environment with good selling skills and understanding of sales processes
- Sales and co-ordination experience with relevant comparable market with a proven record of sales achievement
- Good customer development and relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Keyboard skills and computer input

Schedule: 8 hour shift
This is a 40 Hour, full-time Monday – Friday hourly paid role of £12.31p/h, plus quarterly bonus eligible!
