Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, based in Bristol. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance to candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and candidates. The salary is £27.5k per year plus commissions.
