Location: Aztec West, Bristol (Hybrid working after onboarding)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Talentia Group is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Education team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience-particularly in education or senior-level appointments-who's looking to take ownership of a busy dual desk (temp & perm) and push it to new heights.

What the Role Involves

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be working on a desk that already has strong relationships and existing clients-but we're looking for someone who's excited to grow it further. Your focus will be:

• 360 recruitment: From business development and client briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and aftercare

• Senior-level appointments: Recruiting for roles such as Headteachers, Principals, and SLT positions, as well as high-level operational and curriculum leaders

• Client relationship management: Maintaining and developing long-term partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients

• Candidate engagement: Building a high-quality network of education leaders and specialists

• Desk development: Identifying opportunities to grow market share, whether through new business or additional services to existing clients

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who's confident managing a recruitment process end-to-end-and who thrives in a performance-driven, people-first environment. Ideally, you'll have:

• A minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector or with a focus on senior appointments

• Proven success working a 360 desk with both candidate and client responsibilities

• A track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets

• A strategic and proactive approach to business development

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to doing right by your clients and candidates
