Job Requirements/Description

Do you thrive on finding and securing top talent? Do you have a knack for making people feel welcomed and valued? Do you want to make a real, tangible impact?

If you answered yes to these questions, we may just have your next role lined up! At eXPD8, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a 6 fixed term contract during our busiest time.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating and holding interviews. You will act on behalf of eXPD8 to recruit the best candidates for open vacancies, ensuring we get the best new recruits, first time… every time.

It's important that you create a positive experience for everyone, from unsuccessful candidates to hiring managers, new recruits to your own team.

About the role:

  • This is a hybrid role, so you'll be partially based in our Bristol Head Office for 2 days a week and at home for 3 days a week.

How you'll deliver excellence:

ATS Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support with posting vacancies onto the ATS and job boards.
  • Enter candidate information, update application statuses, and track progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Administrative Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, creating a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Work with hiring managers to hire the right candidate, first time.
  • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Liaise with various departments (e.g. HR, Marketing and Communications) to develop an efficient and effective end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Assist with compliance activities, including ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion and follow our recruitment processes, procedures, and best practise.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs) to attract the right candidates.
  • Review CVs to evaluate candidates, creating a shortlist to progress to interview.
  • Where applicable, conduct phone screenings to assess candidate knowledge, skill, behaviours and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating logistics to candidates and hiring managers where appropriate.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates, assessing the candidate's suitability against the job description and person specification.
  • Document accurate, clear, and objective interview notes, outcomes and recommendations in the ATS.

What makes you excellent:

  • Experience working in a recruitment, particularly an internal recruitment function that has a high volume of vacancies.
  • Experience administrating an Applicant Tracking System, particularly eARCU.
  • Comfortable and confident handling confidential data.
  • A champion of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A confident and compassionate communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence to challenge to do things better.
  • Effective internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail with a ‘right first time, every time' approach.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word).

What makes us excellent:

We are one of the UK's largest field marketing agencies, with over 20 years of experience supporting many iconic brands and retailers. We have a great reputation of delivering exceptional service to ensure our customers succeed in retail.
