Service Administrator

Service Administrator / Administrator required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Bristol.

The successful Service Administrator / Administrator will be supporting the service team by liaising with customers, about products and deliveries, processing orders and maintaining records using a powerful CRM system. Full product training provided.

The Service Administrator / Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Service Administrator / Administrator Role

• Process orders via phone and email
• Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes up to 3,000
• Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses
• Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Use a forklift twice a week to move inventory (training provided)
• Office-based in Yate, Bristol

Service Administrator / Administrator Requirements

• Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or a similar role
• Proficiency in using a CRM system, SAP, or similar software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
• Willingness to use a forklift twice a week (training provided)
• Must be able to commute to Yate daily.
