About the role
You'll work closely with the head chef in planning, organising and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. Alongside this you'll also:
- Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
- Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented.
- If required, you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent.
About you
- Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential.
- Available to work various hours between 6am - 6pm, some weekends but no evenings or split shifts.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required.

Salary: £12.23 - £13.70 per hour (depending on experience) plus weekend and bank holiday enhancements
Hours: 40 hours per week
