A bit about the job:
As a Marketing Executive within our General Insurance Go To Market team, you will play a key role in collaborating with the Campaign Manager to define, execute, and evaluate customer-centric marketing campaigns that align with our customer, business and brand goals. You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams — including the Marketing Centre of Excellence, Data, Digital, and external agencies — to develop plans, coordinate campaign delivery, and assess effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a tangible impact through large, multi-channel campaigns.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign delivery, with a proven track record of personal ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks.
- Strong stakeholder, project management skills and familiarity with marketing measurement tools and experience in assessing campaign performance.
- Self-starter with strong task ownership and the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail, passion for customer-centric marketing and experience in financial services and risk governance frameworks.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary – London £35,000-£40,000/National £30,000-£35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
