This is a fixed term opportunity until June 2025. This role sits within our HR team based in our Bristol office.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- This role provides key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day HR queries from internal and external customers, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support for the Human Resources function across all sites.
- Manage the administration of all relevant HR systems including, processing new starters, movers and leavers whilst also process any in life contractual changes and support payroll administration where necessary.
- Ensure consistent delivery of agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure accuracy of HR records and systems.
- Assist the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes, using your initiative to identify process improvements.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; housekeeping; and ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflects the essence of ALD and the core values.
Skills and experience required:
- The successful candidate should have a proactive and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR department would preferable but not a prerequisite
