Job Title: Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant
Location: EcoMove, Bristol
Hours: 22 flexible hours per week.(including Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Pay: £15 per hour

At EcoMove, we specialise in electric bikes and scooters that help people move smarter, cleaner, and greener. As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the shop floor and our digital presence—making sure our customers have a great experience whether they’re visiting us in-store or online.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with the team to build relationships, grow our brand, and deliver a high level of service.
About the Role
You’ll support both sales and marketing activity—helping us connect with customers, fulfil orders, and grow our community.
Marketing Duties
- Work with the team to create and post daily social media content across all platforms
- Support efforts to grow engagement and followers online
- Respond to social media enquiries and comments in a timely, friendly manner
- Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Help brainstorm and create visuals for digital and in-store use
- Contribute ideas to improve customer interaction and brand visibility
Sales & Shop Support
- Assist customers in-store with questions, product info, and sales
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with excellent customer service
- Help process and fulfil online orders, including packing and shipping
- Support with stock management, including checking inventory and restocking
- Keep the shop floor tidy, organised, and welcoming
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays

We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
- A great communicator, confident online and in person
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Creative with an eye for engaging content and visuals
- Organised and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
- Happy to work on Saturdays
Sales experience is helpful but not essential—we'll provide full training and support. What really matters is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to grow into the role.
