Customer Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Relations Adviser to deliver a first-class experience in our team. In this role you will be dealing with all things customer. You join our dynamic Customer Relations team and will be helping customers with their warranty queries and taking ownership of the customer journey.

This role is part of YTL Developments, where you will be working on Brabazon, a major 400-acre regeneration development project on the former Filton Airfield, near Bristol. 

What you'll do

We are all about customer experience, so you will engage with customers via telephone, email, and letter, always delivering memorable customer service. 

You will be joining part of a wider organisation, working on our Brabazon development, which will present you with lots of opportunities to grow and excel in your career.

Our Customer Relations Adviser role will see you work Monday to Friday.

You will have the ability to think outside the box, put forward suggestions and constantly look for new ways you can develop yourself and the business.
