The role

As the store manager at Jack & Jones you will be responsible for the overall management, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales goals. This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store’s appearance aligns with brand standards. This store manager will lead a team to deliver a positive shopping experience, creating the best experience for our customers and the greatest atmosphere for our colleagues.

What it takes

• Proven experience in retail management (min 2years+) or a similar role.
• Motivate, develop, and evaluate employees to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security check
• Passion for our product  
• Not afraid of a challenge & change
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Ownership, results driven but also able to have fun while you work.
