We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients across the South West and South Wales area.
We are looking for someone who can manage a small team, including Staff development and maintain a high level of excellent standards of service.
You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning jobs and ensure that all cleaning staff work to the assigned task while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
The ideal candidate must have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
The Ideal candidate must have a full UK clean driving licence and some basic IT skills as company van and mobile phone are supplied with this job role.
